What’s the one thing that’s holding you back from doing something you’ve been wanting to do for a long time?

Is it quality? Do you need more time to define and tune your idea? Is it the cost involved to make it happen? Is it timing, if not now, when is the right time? Is there too much risk involved?

The chances are that all of these thoughts come back to one thing…fear.

⚪ Fear of failure.

⚪ Fear of your reputation.

⚪ Fear of simply not being ‘enough’.

Letting go of this fear is the first and most important thing you can do whilst running your business.

Focus on the things you have control over and prepare for success! ✨

⚪ Look at how far you have come. Who and what has it involved? Celebrate this success and inject it into the next phase of your business. You have taken so many risks up until this point, so continue to take more.

⚪ Don’t look at things as ‘mistakes’, see them as ‘learnings’. Doing things in a way we don’t see as right can feel uncomfortable and make us vulnerable. Changing our attitude towards how you see failure could be the most enriching experience of your life. Don’t let failure make you miss out. Take learnings and continue to live!

⚪ Share the responsibility. Fear of letting go of control is the largest factor to lack of scale and growth within a business. The truth is, an idea doesn’t just translate itself into success without the help of others. Implement systems and processes for your team to follow and provide the tools for them to do as good a job as you do!

⚪ Finally, don’t hide your fears, bring them to the forefront and invite others to help you make an action plan against them. Don’t let them be a cause for concern, build them into your plan for success and they will only make you stronger. 💪🏻

Feel like you need more support to take your business to the next level?
